This is a new mineral discovered by Maurizio Dini and recently approved by the IMA. It was published by Kampf et al in 2013. The abstract describes the mineral as a late stage product in a hydrothermal system. The sky blue coatings on matrix are flattened and platy. Very rich one locality mineral thus far.
