A most interesting specimen once you start looking at it through the microscope as it is thoroughly covered by excellent yellow stained Anglesites to 2mm. The bulk of course is Galena, a corroded crystals of historic origin no doubt. The Shullsburg area was once littered with underground lead mines all of which were MVT style mineralization.
