Trootsite is the mangansese rich variety of Willemite, which also occurs at Franklin. The Tsumeb trootsite is botryoidal however and composed of aggregates of rich reddish brown curved and balled up rhombic crystals. Overall it is just another fine example of the diversity of mineralization from Tsumeb. A small 1cm group of prismatic Pyromorphite(?) can be seen in one photograph. On the side are numerous 4-6mm pockets of bluish grey Willemite.
