Tsumeb mine, Tsumeb, Namibia

Silky white divergent groups of Schaurteite, a germanium sulfate, in an area of 13 x 5mm in Germanite matrix. Near the edges of this group are well-defined single crystals of almost clear prismatic Schaurteite to 1mm. There are also yellowish brown crystals of Siderite (EDS). The Schaurteite was verified with EDS. Excellent specimen.
