(Na,Ca,Mn2+,□)2Mn2+2Al(PO4)3 (RRUFF)
Locality
Victory mine, Custer Co., South Dakota, United States

The Victory mine was the type locality. However in a technicality generated by the renaming of the mineral to Ferrowyllieite and then to ferrowyllieite-(MnNaNa) Moore and Ito in 1979 and later to wyllieite-□NaCa by committee (I guess), the original type locality was booted and somehow the Old Mike mine became the new type locality. Read about it on Mindat. Anyhow, it just a chunck of primary phosphate from a mine with little lithium and the primary transition metal is sodium.
