Looks like Autunite but is not, it contains barium. Might be considered the barium analog of Autunite and is also monoclinic whereas Autunite is orthorhombic. But is hard to tell by the crystals since both are thin tabular. Both are very fluorescent. Metauranocircite from the Black Hills is also seemingly fluorescent under sunlight. The mine was discovered by Count Davier and sparked a mini uranium rush to the northern Black Hills. It went no where. It was referenced in the older literature as Autunite. The mine still exsist but is hidden good, down Lost Camp, up a hill, around a clump of pine trees, follow an old rail grade and you'll see it. Good luck.
