This is quite an interesting specimen that is labeled Clausthalite, which is an uncomon Selenium member of the Galena series. However, the specimens is entirely covered in post-mine secondary minerals that we're not entirely confident in sight identifying because of the ambiguous locale.

The black efflorescent crust is possibly Acanthite ore maybe even Selenium and the blue-green crust is possibly Chalcanthite, but those are really just educated guesses!
