A single bluish crystal grain to 1mm in Sanbornite matrix. Cerchiaraite-(Al) is basically the analogue of Cerchiaraite-(Fe). So far it has only been found in the Rush Creek district of Fresno County in California and at the Gun claim in the Yukon province of Canada. Both of these deposits are very similar and host nearly the same minerals, including the rare barium silicates.
