This comes with a Dr. David K. Joyce label, so I assume the locality is correct. Although there is a Talc mine at Luzenac in France. And it is a little odd to have a vein of Bornite but there is acutally a bit of soft Talc in association from both localities.  It's a chunk of Bornite ore with a beautiful metallic blue color.
