Numerous colorless, prismatic and striated crystals from 1 to 4mm of Palermoite scattered on smoky Quartz matrix. Most if not all are terminated and very nice. Excellent specimen, very rare mineral. Apparently, this is the only North American locality for Palermoite and is Type Locality. There are only three worldwide localities. The specimen was collected by Bob Whitmore in 1971.
