Dark grey to black Stromeyerite mixed with iridescent Bornite. Stromeyerite, a silver-copper-sulfide contains about 53% silver and 31% copper. Although it is found in numerous localities worldwide, specimens are rare and hard to come by mostly because it has not been identified as Stromeyerite and grain size is usually small or mixed with other sulfides and not recognized. This is an antique specimen with an old Ward's Scientific label (see prov. tab).
