This is the best piece on today's Daily Five gallery. This is typical "watercourse" mineralization found in dikes cutting the Precambrian Formations underground at the Homestake mine. On the specimen are needle Quartz to 1cm with light creamy Dolomite crystals to 3mm. Also associated are tiny Pyrite crystals.
