Superb micro crystals of greenish yellow blades of Badalovite from 0.5 to 1mm at the greatest and group in 1.5 mm sprays covering the face of this specimen. This is a study specimen used to describe the mineral by Dr. Igor Pekov. It is a new IMA mineral, not yet published, but approved. Great coverage and fun to view with the scope.

The exact locality is: Arsenatnaya fumarole, Second scoria cone, Northern Breakthrough, Great Fissure eruption (Main Fracture), Tolbachik volcano, Kamchatka Oblast', Far-Eastern Region, Russia
