A good specimen with a lot going on. It is coarse crystalline with patchy red areas filled with tiny acicualr crystals of glassy, red to pink Hancockite, formerly Epidote-(Pb) and formerly formerly Hancockite. Someday, it may be Epidote-(Pb) again....nonetheless the same mineral. In association is the mica group member Hendricksite, a bronzy platy mica. The orange-yellow I believe is Andradite. Ex. Dr. David H. Garske & Paul B. Moore collections.
