The exact locality is: Arsenatnaya fumarole, Second scoria cone of the Northern Breakthrough of the Great Tolbachik Fissure Eruption, Tolbachik volcano, Kamchatka, Russia. The Eleomelanite is the dark green or black crystal grains in the matrix of Euchlorine.
