As with several of these specimens in this update, this one is from Dr. Jaroslov Hyrsl, a fantasic rare species dealer, who sells postively identified minerals. And since these two minerals are mostly nondescript, it is necessary to have a good ID. Looking at  Pavel M. Kartashov photos on Mindat are also helpful. Once you see the specimen under a scope you can see the pearly luster of the platy Tengerite crystals, which occur in radial groups and lengthy growths along Quartz and Albite. The Lokkaite crystals are more obscure and are mostly indiscernible from the Tengerite according to Hyrsl.

This is the type locality for Lokkaite-(Y).
