Bazirite is rare mineral worldwide but according to Walstrom is common at these deposits. As you can see in the photos it is intensely fluorescent bright blue. Fluorescence is about the only way to ID visually this mineral from Big Creek. This specimen contains numerous crystals to less than 0.5mm.
