This specimen is loaded with visible sheet Silver in grey to black Chalcocite with either Brochantite or Atacamite. Excellent rich ore specimen from the H. A. Mitchell Collection with tag. I am not sure if this is the same H. Allen Mitchell in the Mineralogical Record biographical archive.
