Paracelsian is a very rare barium feldspar found in three localities worldwide. The crystals are monoclinic with long tapering chisel points {110} dominating the prism sides. This is the type locality from a deposit "in a band through sandstone and shale, associated with a metamorphosed manganese deposit"......(Handbook of Mineralogy).
