Moctezumite

Named after the type locality, and only locality, at the Moctezuma mine in Sonora, Mexico. Moctezumite is a rare mineral that occurs only in the Moctezuma mine in the oxidized portion of the hydrothermal gold-tellurium deposits. Moctezumite occurs in association with schmitterite, burckhardtite, zemannite, emmonsite, pyrite, barite, and limonite. Moctezumite is strongly radioactive.
