Golden fibrous Fervanite crystals up to 4mm in length at random, but oriented groups in sandstone matrix. The original label does not mention a specific mine only the district of "Gypsum Valley". There are three occurences in the district tabulated or mapped on Mindat, which is the Sullivan Brothers claim, Truck Group, and the Yellow Jacket occurence".
