Bellingerite from Chuquicamata mine, El Loa Prov., Antofagasta, Chile

Bellingerite is a very rare copper iodate found in only one world locality, Chuquicamata. This Bellingerite is rich in quantity and color with a glassy green color. Crystals are up to 1mm, but as you can see most are clustered together but thare are several single crystals showing good forms.
