Ancylite - (Ce) from Poudrette quarry, Mont Saint-Hilaire, Montérégie, Québec, Canada

Complex specimens with a nice "ridge" of well-formed pink, translucent micro crystals of Ancylite to 2mm as shown along the orange arrows. In combination with these rare crystals are brown Bastnasite in 2mm rosettes and prismatic, well-formed Nenadkevichite. All of these set off nicely with pink Rhodochrosite rhombs and 2cm Aegerine crystals.
Ancylite-(Ce) from Afrikanda Massif, Kola Peninsula, Russia
