The Colorado Plateau encompasses a large area of the southwest including Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah. Many of these minerals are formed in roll front uranium deposits. They can be bright yellow or orange and beautiful to see under the microscope.

Excellent thin plated greenish yellow crystals to 1mm with Malachite. This is somewhat of a different form the other Volborthite in this gallery. Both were tested.
