A 5mm chip of Tantalaeschynite-(Y), a black rare-earth mineral with a resinous luster. It is named for the tantalian end-member of a series with aeschynite-(Y). Tantalaeschynite-(Y) is very rare and found, according to Mindat, is found in only (published) three deposits worldwide. This is the type locality.
