This is a rare mineral that occurs in complex zoned pegmatites of the LCT type. Both Cesium and Tantalum are mined in this giant intrusion, which hosts more then 70% of the worlds Cesium. The various members of the Wodginite group are used as ore minerals when they occur in large enough amounts. Capsule with several dark grains to 1 mm, mixed with white matrix. Found in only a handful of localities worldwide.
