A very rich specimen loaded with 1-2mm bladed and prismatic crystals of Scholzite (stubby prismatic with nearly square cross-sections) and Parascholzite (long, prismatic, more bladed). These descriptions are very generalized, but are based on photos from two books: "Hagendorf" by J. Kastning and J. Schluter and "Palermo" by Whitmore and Lawrence. The descriptions on Mindat more or less follow these descriptions. At the Tip Top mine, Parascholzite crystals are also long and bladed. Having said that, the specimen should be analyzed (XRD) to determine which is which.

For what this is worth, I thought I would throw it out and post it. It does not resemble Triploidite from other localities. Further, Triploidite has not yet been reported from Hagendorf. It is dark reddish brown and black and is probably Rosckbridgeite and Triphylite.
Note the old lable in the prov. tab.
