Both the dark green to grass green globular crystals as well as the yellow fibrous and acicular crystals on this specimen is Plimerite. Plimerite occurs in four worldwide localities as reported thus far. This is a rich specimen. 

Named after Ian Pilmer, an Australian Professor of Mineralogy at the University of Adelaide and an Emeritus Professor of Earth Sciences as the University of Melbourne who made large contributions to ore deposit geology, particularly the geology of the Broken Hill deposit in New South Wales, Australia.
