Tiny clusters of glassy green Philipsburgite from 0.5 to 1mm. The larger masses you see are probably Pseudomalachite with a frosting Quartz. Nice specimen!

Much of the exposed Pyrargyrite is largely massive but still shows numerous faces. There are also several crystals to 1mm. The whole mass of deep red Pyrargyrite is 3x3cm.

The photos do not do this specimen justice. What is shown well are the stalatitic growth of the Quartz, which resemble beads to 3mm along a string. The Quartz, variety Chalcedony, is murky white to colorless and shows a strong UV response to green under LW.

Black slendent Sphalerite and equally shiny Galena. The Galena and the Sphalerite reflects the light equally and because of this the two minerals are hard to distinguish. But fret not, the Galena has smooth mirror-like faces which, on some crystals, display a skeletal, inward growth. The Sphalerite is actually black on the surface but are deep red internally (use a scope) with striations.
