Robin's egg bluish green crusts on sandstone. Arnold Hampson published an article in Rocks & Minerals magazine in 1993, V68 n6. In this article he describes this occurence as: from the Blue Jay pit occuring as sky-blue foliated crusts and masses filling void spaces between sand grains. Arnold  analyzed the material with microprobe and x-ray diffraction.
