EDS Confirmed

Brilliant, granular crystals of Tellurobismutite with minor Tetradymite. This specimen is out of the old Dan Erling stock, a mineral dealer out of Millwaukie, Wisconsin. The specimens that I have were originally labeled at Tetradymite. In 2008, I had some analyzed with EDS, which identified the Tellurobismutite. Tetradymite was also detected as well as trace Chalcopyrite and Xenotime. Visually alot of it appears to be Hessite, but there is considerable Bismuth (50-52%).
