Plates of light flesh colored Schizolite, a mineral which has been around for a while, but only recently got caught up in the process of approval. According to Mindat is was described and named as Schizolite in 1901 (Winther). But later in 1955 was discredited by Schaller until Bustamite from the Wessels mine was redescribed as a new mineral called Marshallsussmanite (Origlieri, 2013). Marshallsussmanite was later discredited and somehow the name reverted to Schizolite. I know, it is not clear to me either. Furthermore, this specimen came out of the Dan Erling collection and was dated 1967 on the label with the name "Manganopectolite or Schizolite". I am sorry ahead of time for the confusion.

It is associated with a large white Analcime crystal 4cm across, Aegerine, and beautiful pink Ancylite at the arrow. It is a very good specimen and probably belongs in the hands of someone who is competent in MSH mineral (unlike myself).

Yellowish brown excellent crystals of tabular Wulfenite with beveled edges. The crystals reach 11mm and are sharp and pristine. The backside of the specimen is covered with snow white Calcite or Dolomite and near the sides bow-ties of light yellow Mimetite are seen. Very nice specimen from Tsumeb by all accounts - large crystals, no damage, clusters of sharp crystals and fair size.
