A thumbnail size specimen of this very rare arsenate. The Lotharmeyerite is all the orange rosette-like groups to 5mm. It is associated with dark magenta, micro crystals of manganoan Adamite. This is a very typical association at Ojuela. This is a killer piece of this mineral found at maybe five localities worldwide. Acquired by Hampson in 1986 from Les Cubit, a mineral collector and retired aerospace engineer who worked on the Apollo space missions.
