12 x 10 x 9 cm - Cabinet

It is a large cabinet specimen which shows much better in person. The Fluorite crystals  are a light purple and are very glassy and lustrous. The larger crystals are up to 1cm in size and show no appreciable damage aside from a few along the edges. The color match in the photos are close but again show much better in-hand. I am assuming it is fluorescent, but cannot check since my UV light is dead. I've had it since I was eight!

This is an older specimen from the Charles Noll collection. It is a cabinet size specimen with good coverage of silvery 7mm crystals. All of the crystals are distinct and well-formed showing excellent crystal faces in the many vugs. Specimens of Skutterudite from this historic district are very hard to come by and certainly rare on the market. Most pieces are forever held by museums and private collectors.
