There no less than twenty Fransoletite crystals on this specimen. Needless to say it is one of the richest specimens you will find of this extremely rare beryllium phosphate. The crystals are a murky white on the broad sides, but clear on the edges and are large enough to see without aid of a microscope (1 to 1.5mm). They form tabular crystals stacked like book pages. In association are Tiptopite crystals, which is mostly all of the white acicular crystals in the photos. The red is the Montgomeryite. This is easily one of the best specimens of Fransoletite I have sold and for that matter, probably one of the best you will ever see.
