This is a specimen from the author's study material, Dr. Igor Pekov. The exact locality is: Arsenatnaya fumarole, Second scoria cone of the Northern Breakthrough of the Great Tolbachik Fissure Eruption, Tolbachik volcano, Kamchatka, Russia. The Eleomelanite is the dark green or black crystal grains in the matrix of Euchlorine.

This is from Dr. Igor Pekov's study material used to describe the mineral. It was recently described by Pekov and others. The publication is pending. The Ilirneyite occurs as pinkish red to brown fibrous crystals, very tiny and less than 0.3mm on this specimen.
