A heavy solid 5cm thick vein of lustrous sharp black Ferberite crystals, some of which are well formed in open spaces to 3mm. Impressive specimen!
Additionally, this intersting piece comes with a label from the E. Mitchell Gunnell Collection that mentions it was originally acquired from a minor in Boulder, Colorado in 1938.

Cluster of black deeply striated tabular Ferberite crystals with a cluster of thin tabular white Bertrandite to 8mm sticking off one side and minor Ankerite and Pyrite on the backside.
This specimen comes with a label from the Abe Rosenzweig Collection, a well known collector, dealer, and teacher and the Oberlin, Ohio address dates it between 1970 and 1977, so it's more vintage than antique.

A fabulous group of Fergusonite. The chemical formula given below is for Fergusonite-(Y) as I have not had this one tested. On the termination is a fractured off spot, which is actually a good thing since you can see the internal nature. It is metamict, so it doesn't yield any crystal structure internally but the external morphology is preserved.
