A most interesting specimen with purple Heterosite and reddish brown Graftonite. The white areas are a continuation of the Graftonite which is probably "bleeched" by natural weathering. It was acquired by Arnold Hampson in 1946 from Gunnar Bjareby, an early mentor.

Two primary pegmatitic phosphate minerals in this specimen. The main mineral is Graftonite, which is the iron dominant reddish brown thin lamellae and is inter-layered with grey-blue Sarcopside.
