To Order: Simply click the "Add to Cart" button. This will then take you to your "Ore" cart, where you can view what you ordered. You can then return to shopping by clicking on the "Return to Shopping" link directly below your item(s).

Alternatively, you can simply email us at Dakota Matrix or orders@dakotamatrix.com . Include the following in your email:

1. The Mineral Name
2. The Inventory Number
3. Price
4. Any Substitutions
5. Method of Payment (please read below under "Payment")
6. Shipping information including address and any special instructions.

If you choose to email us to place your order, however, you will not have priority over someone who uses the automated online forms.

Payment: We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. Personal checks or money orders are also accepted. We charge $30 for all returned checks. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We DO require payment first for all customers.  Requiring payment first is a new policy, which stems from deadbeat customers who have NOT paid. Dealers please note: We will supply the names of nonpaying deadbeat customers upon request.

Payment by Credit Cards:
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover. 

For credit card payment please read  below under "Credit Card Security" or click here. Bogus credit card numbers have been given. Supplying a FRAUDULENT credit card number is against the law, and we will report those unworthy customers to all federal agencies. 

Payment by Wire transfers: 

Fee for wire transfer payments will be 10 dollars. Please contact us by email at orders@dakotamatrix.com if this is your intent.

Credit Card Security: To send us your credit card information, you may choose one of the following methods:

PLEASE NOTE: Supplying a FRAUDULENT credit card number is against the law, and we will report this activity to all federal agencies. Dealers please note: We will supply the names of nonpaying deadbeat customers upon request.

1. Place orders online using our Secure Server (SSL) Online Credit Card Form. All of the information you provide including your credit card number will be temporarily stored in a secured database. It will then be removed to a secured offline file. The file is located at our office in a secured location. Your information will never pass through email. Upon request we will immediately destroy all of your information from our files.

2. You can also call our office at (605) 718-9130 to provide us with your credit card information. We will need your name as it appears on the card, the full number, and the expiration date and the three digit verification number located on the backside of the card. We will also need the type of card i.e. MasterCard, VISA or Discover.  Please be assured that the information you leave on the phone is secure. Upon request we will immediately destroy all of your information from our files.

3. Fax us your number at (605) 718-9130. Please let us know prior to faxing your information. 

4. Email us your telephone number and we will gladly call you.

Returns:  Satisfaction is guaranteed and we will gladly refund your money if you desire to return any item*. Please return the item(s) within 14 days of original shipment date. All items must be returned in the original packaging as package by Dakota Matrix. Returns must be shipped with the same terms as sent (insured, priority mail etc.) at the expense of the customer. Returns totaling more than $200 and post marked after the 14 day return policy mentioned above will be will be charged a 10% restocking fee. The reason for this policy is this: After 14 days, all "solds" are purged from the website. Returns must then be re-uploaded to the website. This entails, possible new photographs, re-describing, re-labeling, placing it back into the accounting software and then physically placing it back into stock. Security: The information you submit to Dakota Matrix will will kept private and in confident with Dakota Matrix and only with Dakota Matrix. This includes all credit card information, your physical and email addresses, and all other ordering and personal information. Furthermore, all email and other correspondence is kept secure and private. Please note, all information is secured offline. SHIPPING & HANDLING

All orders are packaged with extreme care to prevent breakage. Orders more than $250 will be insured and charged accordingly. Most domestic orders will  be sent priority mail unless otherwise requested differently. All foreign orders will be sent Airmail.

Domestic: A $5 Shipping and handling fee will be charged on all orders under 5 pounds. Most orders will be sent priority mail. If you need your order ASAP, let us know how you want it sent, and we will send your final invoice with the shipment. South Dakota residents add applicable sales tax, unless you provide a Resale Certificate Number and Name of Company. Unless we're out of town, we'll generally ship within 3 days of final order.

Foreign: Shipping and handling outside of USA can vary considerably. For this reason all orders will be charged accordingly. I'll email you back your final invoice total, after I have shipped your order. Unless we're out of town, we'll generally ship within 3 days of final order.

Return Policy: Satisfaction Guaranteed! No questions asked. If you do not like the item(s), please return within 14 days of original shipment date. Foreign orders please return within 30 days of original shipment date.
