The Minyulite is hard to discern from Wavellite visually. But as can be seen the Minyulite often crystallizes in longer, uneven acicular lengths as on this specimen. The Wavellite occurs in spheroidal clusters composed of tightly packed prismatic crystals of consistent lengths. The radial sections of the Wavellite show a very even growth radius.
