Chrysocolla with Pseudomorphs #26843
|
| 79 Mine, near Hayden, Gila Co., Arizona, United States |
| Chemical Formula: (Cu,Al)2H2Si2O5(OH)4•n(H2O) |
| Size: Sm Cabinet |
Bright blue to pale blue Chrysocolla in round psuedomorphs to 5mm. These are somewhat of an enigma which were originally thought to be Mcguinnessite pseudos, and although they were x-ray confirmed we are still skeptical. It is possible that there is Mcguinnessite on some samples and not on others, but we're now playing it safe and calling them simply Chrysocolla. |
| Overall: 7 x 3.5 x 5 cm |
| Sold |
| $40.00 |
