Dark green, flattened prismatic crystals in semi-parallel to somewhat radial growth forming rosettes or balls to 0.75mm. Note the terminations are oblong - or distorted squares. In hand specimen the Parnauite is dark green, but under the light of a microscope a lighter, grass green is revealed.
