Dakota Matrix in partnership with Skip Colflesh announces the sale of custom SOLID OAK mineral specimen cabinets. Skip had these cabinets professionally made here in the USA, because he wanted to “continue the quality and storage capacity much like those custom made by the late Ernie Schlichter”.  These cabinets, as shown, are truly well designed and built with the highest quality hardware available.

Dimensions: 19 ¾ wide  x  13 ¼ deep  x 12 ¾ high

Internal Drawer Dimensions: 16 ½ wide x 12 ¾ deep

Capacity: Four drawers each holding 72 thumbnail perky boxes or 36 miniature size cotton boxes.

Material:  Cabinet frame and drawers made of Solid Oak with Brushed nickel plated drawer knobs and rubber foot pads.

Fully extendable drawers that stay in the closed or open position until changed - your specimens will not slide around. With the fully extended drawers all your specimens can be seen from the front to the furthest back row!!!

Fitted shims for each drawer hold specimens boxes securely in place.
